Adjust the speed slider to control how fast the speech is delivered, then click Generate Speech. This tool uses Kokoro, a state-of-the-art text-to-speech AI that produces remarkably natural and expressive speech. Unlike basic browser voices, Kokoro generates human-like intonation, pacing, and emotion. Each voice has a distinct character: Heart is warm and friendly, Adam is clear and authoritative, Emma offers a polished British accent, and more.
After generating speech, click the Download Audio button to save the file. The audio is delivered in WAV format, which is compatible with all video editors, audio tools, and media players. Use it in your videos, presentations, podcasts, or any other project that needs voice narration.
The speed slider ranges from half speed (0.5x) to double speed (2x). The default 1x matches a natural speaking pace. Slower speeds work well for instructional content where clarity matters, while faster speeds suit quick narration or time-constrained formats like social media videos.
Your text is sent to Kokoro TTS (hosted on HuggingFace) for voice generation. The generated audio is streamed back to your browser. No text or audio is stored on any server after processing is complete.
